Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip

This appetizer is a long time favorite. It's easy to make and delicious. I served some up this this past weekend and had lots of requests to share it. I paired mine with Fritos, but you can also serve with tortilla chips, pita bread, or crackers. Enjoy!

1 8 ounce package of cream cheese
1/4 cup mayo (we use Duke's)
1/4 cup Romano cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 clove of garlic, peeled and minced
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped finely
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a baking dish
Mix the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, mayo, basil and garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir in artichokes and spinach.
Transfer dip to the baking dish and top generously with mozzarella. Bake for 25, until bubbly and slightly brown. Serve with crackers, pita or Fritos!
