Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip

This appetizer is a long time favorite. It's easy to make and delicious. I served some up this this past weekend and had lots of requests to share it. I paired mine with Fritos, but you can also serve with tortilla chips, pita bread, or crackers. Enjoy!

  • 1 8 ounce package of cream cheese

  • 1/4 cup mayo (we use Duke's)

  • 1/4 cup Romano cheese

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese

  • 1 1/2 clove of garlic, peeled and minced

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil

  • 1 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped finely

  • 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a baking dish

  • Mix the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, mayo, basil and garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir in artichokes and spinach.

  • Transfer dip to the baking dish and top generously with mozzarella. Bake for 25, until bubbly and slightly brown. Serve with crackers, pita or Fritos!
