Good morning! Today, we are sharing this "berry" good strawberry smash spritzer. It's light, refreshing and so yummy! I made these over the weekend, and they were a huge hit. What's not to love about fresh strawberries and mint topped with a little bubbly?! ;) This might just be the perfect summer cocktail. Cheers and enjoy!

Ingredients
Ice
5 large strawberries, cleaned and sliced
Fresh mint leaves
Teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
1.5 oz. vodka (we like Tito's)
Champagne or Prosecco
Club soda or sparkling water
Directions
In a glass, add strawberries, mint leaves, and black pepper. Muddle until all mixed. Add about 6 cubes of ice, pour in vodka of choice, and stir well. Add additional ice if needed and top off drink with a splash of club soda. Then top with your favorite champagne and stir. Add the mint, strawberry, and additional black pepper if you would like to garnish. Best served when freshly made.
