Summer sangria

Summer is here! And we kicked things off with the absolute best sangria! This recipe is fool-proof, but the flavors are out of this world. It's loaded with fresh berries, peaches and citrus ... and if you ask us, it's the perfect drink for cooling off after a hot summer day. The trick is to let the sangria (minus the club soda) sit overnight. The flavors soak together even more. DELISH! We'll be serving this one up all season long. Cheers!

  • 1 navel orange, sliced and halved

  • 1 lime, sliced

  • 1 cup quartered strawberries

  • 1 large peach, sliced (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar

  • 1/3 cup grand marnier

  • 1 bottle dry red wine

  • 2 cups of club soda (we used lime-flavored)


Add orange slices, lime slices, berries, peach slices, agave nectar, grand marnier and wine to a large pitcher. Stir it up. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours. For a really good sangria, we recommend it sits overnight. Right before serving, add in the club soda. Stir it up and serve over ice. Garnish with a fruit slice!
